The Bronx Politician And Accuser Of Afrika Bambaataa Ask #WH2TB2013

Savage was a judicial delegate in the 12th Judicial District in the Bronx, and a former New York State Democratic Committeeman. In 2014, Ronald Savage self-published his second book, Impulse Urges And Fantasies: Life Is a Bag of Mixed Emotions, Vol. 1. Ronald Savage describes his relationship with Afrika Bambaataa beginning in approximately 1977. 

At the time of the alleged molestation, Savage says he was between the ages of 12 and 14, attending junior high school in the Bronx. A few years later Savage start asking what happen to the young man Bambaataa date raped in 2013? 

After speaking and dealing with a YouTube by the name of Israel Doctrine the GateKeeper to the Afrika Bambaataa Narrative. Israel Doctrine who also started a movement ask #WH2TB2013 (What Happen 2 That Boy 2013) which inspired Savage at the time to do the same.
